MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
The meal plans have been formulated by our nutritionist Louise Belle to include the right amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fat for the specific diet you choose.
The recipes consist of wholefood ingredients and include good sources of protein, plenty of vegetables and healthy fats. Most of the recipes are simple to make and we utilise leftovers in the plan to make it easier for you.
All of the recipes are gluten free and many can be adapted to suit your dietary requirements. You can discuss this with your Weight Loss Detective.

We can provide recipes and meal plans for the following:
KETOGENIC DIET
The ketogenic diet is a very strict, carbohydrate-restricted diet that causes your body to switch over to fat burning instead of sugar burning – this is called ketosis. The diet must be strictly followed but yields great results for weight loss.
Our ketogenic diet contains approximately 1500 calories – 130g of fat, 20g of carbs and 80g of protein daily – across 3 meals and 2 snacks.
We also have a regular or vegetarian version available.
LOW CARB DIET
The low carb diet is a healthy, low carbohydrate, wholefood eating plan. It is much less carbohydrate restrictive than the ketogenic diet program. It contains animal-derived protein, as well as plenty of plant-based food.
Our low carb diet contains approximately 1200 calories – 65g of carbs and 70g of protein daily – across 3 meals with a list of healthy snack ideas.
VEGETARIAN DIET
The vegetarian diet is a healthy, low carbohydrate, vegetarian eating plan which excludes red meat, pork, poultry and seafood.
Our vegetarian diet contains approximately 1200 calories – 85g of carbs and 60g of protein daily – across 3 meals with a list of healthy snack ideas.
VEGAN DIET
The vegan diet is a healthy, low carbohydrate diet plan which excludes all animal products including meat, seafood, eggs and dairy products. Food combining has been considered carefully to ensure complete first-class protein is provided with all essential amino acids included.
Our vegan diet contains approximately 1200 calories – 90g of carbs and 55g of protein daily – across 3 meals with a list of healthy snack ideas.
1200 CALORIE DIET
The 1200 calorie a day diet is a healthy, low carbohydrate, well-balanced wholefood eating plan restricted to 1200 calories a day. This is particularly good for those who have trouble with portion control.
Our 1200 calorie diet contains 1200 calories – 65g of carbs and 80g of protein daily – across 3 meals and one snack.
HCG DIET
The HCG diet is a rapid weight loss program, where you can lose up to 6-8 kilograms over 3 weeks. This diet is very restrictive, containing only 500 calories daily made up from a portion of protein and an approved vegetable. This diet has to be done alongside taking the HCG hormone drops twice daily (additional cost). You will be provided with a low-carb meal plan to continue on with when you complete the HCG diet.
15-DAY CLEANSE DIET
The Dr Cabot 15-Day Cleanse program is a total body detoxication program that helps to improve the health of your liver, gut and immune system. It reduces inflammation and acidity in the body and assists with initiating weight loss. It involves taking 3 different nutritional powders daily for 15 days (additional cost) and following the Cleanse meal plan. You will be provided with a low-carb meal plan to continue on with when you complete the 15-Day Cleanse program.
QUICKLOSS DIET
You may choose to replace 1 or 2 meals daily with the QuickLoss Shake meal replacement (additional cost). You will be provided with a low-carb meal plan to follow for the meals you eat. This is great for people who don’t have much time to prepare meals.
Our QuickLoss Meal Replacement diet contains approximately 1000 calories – 55g of carbs and 75g of protein daily – across 2 meals and one QuickLoss shake, with a list of healthy snack ideas. Or you can choose to use the QuickLoss to replace two meals daily.
NOTE: Individual meal plans can be done as an extra service and cost for people with food allergies/sensitivities or special needs.
