Just watch the amount of fruit juice – keep to 20% fruit and 80% vegetable in every recipe and this way you avoid excess sugar and calories

Are there any store bought juices that can be substituted for homemade juices that you can recommend?

Sarah, any juice that is purchased from the fridge, is predominantly made of vegetables rather than fruit and doesn’t contain preservatives would be good.
