Alzheimer’s prevention
Take time to improve your mental ability by engaging in mentally challenging sports, hobbies, new courses, cross word puzzles, games etc. The brain is like a muscle – use it or lose it!
Keep your homocysteine levels in normal range as this reduces your risk of dementia.
Increase your intake of omega 3 fatty acids – consume fish oil, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds and walnuts.
