I have lost 11.1kgs in 4 months

It’s the same old story really, since I was 30 I started to gain weight. Obesity ran in my family, and over the years I had tried everything. Somethings worked others were just a waste of money. And then a few years ago, the things that worked, stopped working.

I was almost at the point of trying to get my hands on Ozempic, when I thought I would give the Weight Loss Detective Program a go. And now I am dumbfounded why I didn’t try it earlier!

4 months on and I have lost 11.1 kg. My Naturopath, Margaret has helped me realise the things my body reacts to and make small changes to what, when and how I eat, that are now a way of life for me. Goodbye pain from inflammation, hello white eyes and smooth skin. I still have 14kg to go, but know I have the knowledge and means to get there.
